1. Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or quality reasons, including:

• Undergarments, socks, or intimate apparel

• Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once processed, the order will follow the standard return procedure.
